Substitute Program Assistant/Clerical Aide/Health Aide

Substitute Program Assistant:

• Assist certified teacher/s with assigned instruction to individual or small groups of students.
• Maintain effective and cooperative relationships with teachers and students.
• Understand and follow oral and written directions.
• Print and write legibly.
• Communicate effectively orally and in writing.

Substitute Health Aide:

• Maintain and support the policies of the health office, especially CONFIDENTIALITY.
• Be CPR certified.
• Accurately take temperatures and dispense medications to students.
• Must be able to answer phones professionally and multi-task effectively.
• Maintain effective and cooperative relationships with teachers, parents and students.
• Understand and follow oral and written directions.
• Print and write legibly.
• Communicate effectively orally and in writing.

Substitute Clerical Assistant:

• Assist Principals, Assistant Principals, Secretaries in the front office.
• Must be able to answer phones professionally and multi-task effectively.
• Maintain effective and cooperative relationships with teachers, parents and students.
• Understand and follow oral and written directions.
• Print and write legibly.
• Communicate effectively orally and in writing.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Must be detailed oriented.

Shift Type:   As Needed

Salary:  $13.00 /Hr
