Overview
We are seeking an energetic Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive business growth through proactive outreach, technical sales expertise, and exceptional customer service. You will be the vital link between our company and clients, leveraging your communication skills and sales knowledge to develop new business and nurture existing relationships in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective and existing customers through calls and warm calling techniques to generate new sales opportunities.
- Utilize CRM software to manage customer interactions, and update sales pipelines effectively.
- Conduct B2B (business-to-business) sales by understanding client needs and presenting tailored steel solutions.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts confidently to close deals that benefit both the customer and the company.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that increase outreach and brand awareness within target markets.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, offering technical sales support, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of all sales activities, follow-ups, and client communications within CRM systems.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or technology sales with a focus on B2B environments.
- Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities in English.
- Familiarity with managing customer relationships.
- Knowledge of technical sales processes related to metals or industrial products is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct outbound calling campaigns effectively while maintaining professionalism.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a proactive approach to business development.
