2026- 2027 Kindergarten Readiness Boot Camp Teacher

Description: Kindergarten Readiness Boot Camp for incoming kindergarten students to prepare them for kindergarten such as:

• Building familiarity with school routines, expectations, and learning environments.
• Provide instruction grounded in the Science of Reading and aligned with Ohio's Early Learning and Development Standards.
• Engage families as active partners in the transition to kindergarten.
• Strengthen children's social, emotional and academic readiness for kindergarten.
  
  

Camp Days: July 20, 2026- August 13, 2026

Camp Hours: Monday - Thursday 8:00 am - 1:00 pm

If you miss 3 or more absences, you will be removed from the program.

Compensation: An hourly wage of $35.00 will be paid for summer employment. Teachers are hired on an as needed basis, depending on student enrollment.

Qualifications

• Must have Preschool or Kindergarten certification
• Fundations training preferred
• Must have demonstrated student growth with your students this current school year
• Must be willing to maintain data to document student progress and attendance
• Must be willing to facilitate student individualized instruction
