Warrensburg Laundry & Dry Cleaning is a full service linen company. These services include commercial and residential laundry services. Our clients include healthcare, food & beverage, hotels, and residential customers. We cover a territory from Malta NY up to the Canadian border.
Job Skills/Requirements
Pay Rate Range $25.00 to $28.00 per hour
Duties & Responsibilities
· Answer all calls that come into the office, as well as check voicemails daily.
. Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Collections.
· Check Employee Time Cards, Fix Errors, Process Payroll In Quickbooks.
. Post Open Jobs On Indeed, Onboard New Employees.
· Manage Driver Routes.
· Inventory Monthly, Order Supplies.
· Daily deposits performed.
· Customer Service, Receive Orders, Complaints, CSA's.
· Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Responsibilities
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
· Knowledge of spreadsheets.
Education & Experience
· High school diploma or equivalent required.
Physical Requirements
· Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working at a computer.
· Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time.
Misc
· In-office position. No hybrid or remote.
· Office hours are Monday - Friday, 8AM to 5PM.
· Office holidays are Christmas Day, New Years Day, and Thanksgiving Day.
This is a Full-Time position, working 1st Shift.
Pay: $ $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
