About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Weekend Registered Nurse to join our weekend shift team. As a Weekend Registered Nurse at Warren Nursing & Rehab, you will provide direct patient care, administer medications, and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with our interdisciplinary team. You will also maintain accurate records, communicate effectively with patients and families, and contribute to a positive and respectful work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, taking vital signs, and performing treatments as ordered by physicians

• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including medication administration records, treatment records, and progress notes

• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless transitions and optimal care

• Contribute to a positive and respectful work environment by demonstrating a commitment to teamwork, empathy, and compassion

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient care and outcomes

Requirements:

• Current RN license in the state of Ohio

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field

• Current CPR certification

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients as needed
