Responsibilities:
- Receive Core and 3OT training and certification required to apply herbicides and pesticides on clients' lawns.
- Care for a specified number of client's lawn care needs and requests on a daily basis.
- Evaluate a lawn and its specific needs, addressing those needs to the client and communicating effectively when necessary
- Apply fertilizer, herbicide and pesticides to clients' lawns/homes.
- Receive training on lawn care equipment such as fertilizer and herbicide spreader machine, aerator machine, push spreaders and backpack sprayers etc.
- Maintain and clean personal equipment including but not limited to; van, aerator, turf spreader, etc.
Requirements:
- Must be able to pass a background and drug screening
- Warren Lawn is a drug, alcohol and smoke free company
- Must be capable to do manual labor such as lifting bags, maneuvering equipment etc.
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must have a valid drivers license
- Must have the ability to drive self to work on time each day
- Previous lawn care experience is beneficial, but not necessary
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
