The Job: Full-time – 37.50 hours per week – Benefits
Clerk Typist 2- Grade 7: $15.07/hour, $29,384 or
Clerk Typist 3- Grade 10: $16.63/hour, $32,437
Forest Warren Human Services is looking a team member who is willing to assist us in making a difference in people’s lives. This is a career with impact. This position provides clerical support to the Fiscal department and Program Director, Casework Supervisors, and Caseworkers within the Mental Health department. The position reports to Mental Health Program Director and the Human Services Administrator. This position’s duties include but are not limited to data entry, generating letters, scanning, answering phones, compiling statistics, providing back up clerical support and mail run on a rotating basis. Qualifications:
Clerk Typist 2:
- Must pass the multiple choice and typing tests to meet Minimum Experience and Training Requirements
Clerk Typist 3:
- Six months as a Clerk Typist 2 and educational development to the level of completion of high school; or
- One year of progressively complex clerical typing experience and completion of high school; or
- Six months of moderately complex clerical typing work and completion of a post high school business curriculum; or
- Any equivalent experience and/or training which provided the required knowledges, skills, and abilities.
Clearances:
- Must have Act 34 PA State Police Criminal History, Act 151 PA Child Abuse and FBI clearances prior to employment. Other clearances may be required depending on the employee’s state of residence. All clearances must reflect acceptable results. Clearances are to be renewed every five years.
- Must not appear on Preclusion Lists as defined by “Pennsylvania’s Medical Assistance Bulletin 99-11-05 Provider Screening of Employees and Contractors for Exclusion from Participating in Federal Healthcare Programs”.
*A valid driver’s license is required
