Assistant District Attorney

Warren County is seeking a motivated and community-focused attorney to join our team as an Assistant District Attorney. This is an opportunity to gain meaningful courtroom experience, develop trial skills, and make a direct impact on public safety in a supportive, team-oriented office.

What You’ll Do

• Represent the Commonwealth in criminal prosecutions
• Manage cases from charging through trial and resolution
• Work closely with law enforcement, victims, and witnesses
• Appear regularly in court and develop litigation experience
• Collaborate with a team of attorneys and professional staff

What We’re Looking For

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree
• Active license to practice law in Pennsylvania (or ability to obtain)
• Strong communication and courtroom skills (or a desire to build them)
• Interest in criminal law and public service
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Professionalism and strong interpersonal skills with diverse populations

Prior criminal law experience is helpful but not required—we are open to developing the right candidate.
