“80” Duties/Responsibilities:
· Maintain a database for tracking students, tutor volunteers, and program materials.
· Process monthly calendars and input hours in the database.
· Keep regular correspondence with students, tutors, and volunteers; assist with contacting individuals and ensuring program details are communicated effectively.
· Assist the Volunteer Programs Manager with student/tutor placement and dispositioning cases after they are closed.
· Maintain program files and documents.
· Greet and welcome students and tutors, provide information about the program, and help coordinate meetings.
· Maintain program inventory, order, and replenish supplies as necessary.
“20” Duties/Responsibilities:
· Other duties as assigned to support the program such as dropping off program materials to library systems in Warren County or conducting intake sessions with new tutor volunteers.
· This role reports to the Volunteer Programs Manager.
