Now, we’re entering a critical phase: expanding our U.S. retail presence. We already have an experienced U.S. Market Manager leading key market development efforts, and as demand continues to grow, we are looking to expand our reach by adding driven Territory Account Managers across multiple U.S. regions.

Role Overview
We are seeking highly motivated Territory Account Managers to help drive retail and club expansion throughout the United States. This role is focused on developing new business relationships, growing regional brand presence, and supporting long-term account success.
This is a remote, commission-only position, ideal for individuals with existing relationships in sporting goods, specialty retail, pickleball, tennis, or club networks.
Key Responsibilities
New Business Development
- Identify and open new retail, pro shop, club, and facility accounts within assigned territories
- Build relationships with dealers, distributors, clubs, and community leaders
- Actively prospect and generate new sales opportunities
Account Management
- Maintain strong communication with accounts and provide ongoing product education and support
- Help accounts maximize sell-through and brand visibility
- Develop long-term partnerships within your region
Market Expansion & Brand Presence
- Represent Warping Point at demo events, tournaments, and regional activations
- Provide market insights, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence
- Support regional growth initiatives alongside company leadership
Collaboration & Reporting
- Work closely with the U.S. Market Manager and leadership team
- Maintain accurate sales activity updates and pipeline reporting
- Collaborate with marketing and operations to ensure customer success
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development preferred
- Existing network within pickleball, tennis, sporting goods, or specialty retail is highly preferred
- Passion for racquet sports and community building
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-growing startup environment
- Willingness to travel within territory as needed
Compensation
- Commission-only structure
- Starting commission at 10%, with opportunities up to 20% based on performance and account structure
