Key Responsibilities
Client Service & Relationship Support
- Serve as a primary point of contact for client service inquiries, providing timely, professional, solution-oriented support.
- Assist clients with account opening, account maintenance, transfers, money movement, and required documentation.
- Support advisors with meeting preparation, summaries, and follow‑ups to strengthen client relationships.
Operational Excellence
- Prepare and process client transactions and investment paperwork accurately and in compliance with all policies.
- Maintain updated client records per regulatory requirements.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows and enhance the client experience.
Advisor & Team Support
- Collaborate closely with advisors to support relationship management and general practice operations.
- Track outstanding items and ensure timely completion of service requests and advisor needs.
- Participate in special projects that support operational efficiency or elevate client service.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; experience in wealth management or financial services strongly valued.
- Licenses a Plus: SIE, Series 7, Series 65, Series 66, Life Insurance, Health Insurance.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and a client‑first mindset.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, custodial platforms, and Microsoft Office is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base Salary: Salary range $38,500 - $45,500. Commensurate with experience
- Bonus: Eligible for monthly team bonus
- Benefits: Health insurance after 30 days, unlimited PTO, paid holidays
- Work Schedule: Full‑time, Monday–Friday
