Position Overview
The Client Service Associate serves as the operational backbone of the practice and a primary point of contact for clients. You will work closely with our financial advisors to ensure timely, seamless support across our client families—combining administrative excellence with genuine relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as primary contact for client calls, emails, and service requests
- Manage new client onboarding: account opening, transfers, and banking setup
- Process money movements: wires, checks, journal entries, RMDs, and charitable distributions
- Gather and maintain client intelligence data (Family, Occupation, Recreation, Money) in CRM
- Prepare materials for client meetings, annual reviews, and advisor follow-ups
- Support trade implementation under advisor direction
- Coordinate trust administration, insurance premiums, and beneficiary updates
- Maintain service calendars, client workflows, and mailing lists
- Assist with licensing, compliance, website updates, and business operations
What We’re Looking For
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Professional, polished communicator—written and verbal
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and calm under pressure
- Experience in wealth management, banking, or financial services preferred but not required
- Comfort working across multiple technology platforms and systems or willingness to learn
- Series 7 / 63 / 65 licenses a plus, but not required
- Sense of humor and integrity
