Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Outside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will develop leads through personal marketing,and doorknocking aswell as run company provided leads. The ideal candidate has an outgoing personality, exceptional customer service and negotiation skills, and a strong desire to close deals.

Responsibilities

• Develop leads through personal marketing in conjunction with company marketing plans
• Doorknock and run company provided leads Monday through Saturday
• Meet with homeowners Inspect roofs and property to determine the scope of damage and need for repair
• Followup with all homeowners in a timely manner
• Work with insurance companies and adjusters as required
• Assist customers in selecting materials and colors used for the job
• Stop at build location while work is being performed at least 2 times during the day, fill out and have change forms signed as required, check in with homeowner, and stop by when project is finished to assure proper cleanup was done
• Collect payment for services completed Develop referrals and generate positive reviews
• Create and implement an effective sales strategy
• Use best practices in negotiation and sales techniques to close sales

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED required
• Previous experience in outside sales
• Excellent negotiation and customer service skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A positive attitude and ability to be persistent
