Job Details
- Build new or update existing client’s policy info in our CRM. This will consist of entering client information from either a paper application, online application, or faxed application.
- Enter email confirmation or fax confirmations into our CRM system.
- Track application status- go out to the different Carrier websites or call carriers and track the status of the application and to update the Agent and our CRM system.
- Update Agent and our CRM system with the application status through the activity and workflow processes.
- Build policies for commissions team when needed.
- Update carriers forms on the GBL agent portal.
- Customer Service
- High school diploma or equivalent to.
- Background knowledge in Health Insurance is preferred, but not required.
- Full-time hours required with the additional hours as necessary.
- Customer service experience required.
- High-level of attention to detail with strong written, verbal and presentation skills.
- Hourly Range: $20.00 per hour.
- Actual compensation may vary from posting based on work experience, education, skill level, and/or geographic location.
