The Role
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Installer/Technician to join our technical team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, configuration, testing, and maintenance of radio communication systems, surveillance camera networks, and other technical equipment across various locations. This role involves technical training, hands-on problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Installation: Install, maintain, and service access control hardware and equipment.
- Field Operations: Performs semi-skilled tasks such as disassembling mechanical or electrical locking devices, running low voltage wire, replacing worn or damaged parts, and using control keys to remove and replace lock cylinders.
- Maintaining Security Systems: Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure the functionality of all facilities and equipment.
- Customer Service: Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for office maintenance and services and manage vendor contracts.
- Communication: Act as a liaison between employees and management, ensuring effective communication and addressing any office-related concerns.
Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of telecommunications applications preferred.
- Willingness and ability to perform on-call duties at a moment's notice with a focus on customer service.
- Experience in installing, troubleshooting, and servicing telecom systems.
- Proficient in system installation, configuration, programming, and service.
- High energy, detail-oriented, self-starter with multitasking and organizational skills.
- Positive team player adaptable to challenging and changing environments and stringent deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Professional appearance.
- Willing to travel 25-50%
- Proficient data entry skills and competence in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
