YOU: Minimum 3 years of experience as an Accounts Payable Clerk in a professional office setting. Law firm experience preferred, but not a deal breaker. You adapt easily and can learn new systems faster than most. Your proofreading and reverse engineering skills are exceptional, and you're a stickler for details and deadlines. Proficiency in Office 365, Adobe, Teams and Zoom is an understatement. You are unfazed by big personalities and handle client stress with grace and ease. You are a self-starter and can work independently, but collaborate with a team seamlessly, and take direction exceptionally well. You are open to critique and are seeking to expand your skill sets. Organized, reliable, professional and friendly are all adjectives used to describe you. You're agile and flexible when it comes to task lists and setting (and resetting) priorities. You are looking to work full time in-person with a high-volume, energetic group of professionals.

We are seeking the right individual to join our well established Probate Litigation group and, if the description aligns, we want to meet YOU!
Responsibilities include:
- Processing and reconciling credit cards
- Processing vendor payments
- Purchasing office supplies; monitoring inventory
- Vetting vendors and securing bids
- Working with vendors onsite
- Supporting Accounts Receivable Specialist
- Supporting front desk staff
