Position Summary:

Warn Industries is seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to assist in the development and execution of creative assets that support our brand, products, and marketing initiatives within the off-road and automotive space. This role requires an understanding of performance-driven brands, strong conceptual thinking, hands-on design expertise, and the ability to guide and maintain brand consistency across all channels.


Essential Functions:

  1. Lead the creative development and execution of visual assets across print, digital, packaging, and retail environments
  2. Maintain and enforce brand standards, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints
  3. Concept and design marketing materials including catalogs, product launches, ads, social media, email, and web assets
  4. Develop packaging and labeling that clearly communicates product features, specs, and brand positioning
  5. Art direct and participate in product and lifestyle photo shoots, including vehicles, installed product, and off-road environment.
  6. Collaborate with marketing, product, and engineering teams to translate technical information into clear, visually compelling content
  7. Design and produce point-of-purchase (POP) displays, dealer materials, and trade show assets
  8. Prepare production-ready files for a variety of outputs including print, large format, packaging, and digital
  9. Manage multiple projects and timelines in a fast-paced, product-driven environment
  10. Provide creative direction and feedback to designers and cross-functional partners


Required Education and/or Experience:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field
  2. 5 years of professional design experience (in-house or agency, preferably in automotive, outdoor, or product-based industries)


Portfolio Requirement: A portfolio showcasing both current and past work is required. Candidates should demonstrate a range of projects including print, digital, packaging, and, ideally, product-based or automotive-related work.

Required Qualifications:

  1. Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  2. Strong understanding of typography, layout, and brand systems, including font selection and hierarchy
  3. Proven experience in packaging design and production for physical products
  4. Experience art directing and executing photo shoots, including working with vehicles and product installations
  5. Solid understanding of web and digital design, including social, email, and campaign assets
  6. Knowledge of print production methods (offset, digital, large format) and how design translates across materials and finishes
  7. Experience with retail environments and POP displays
  8. Ability to interpret and communicate technical product information clearly and accurately.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Passion for or familiarity with off-road, truck, Jeep, or powersports culture
  • Experience working with performance or enthusiast-driven brands
  • Basic understanding of vehicle components, aftermarket parts, or installation processes
  • Photography, video, or motion graphics experience is a plus


Physical Demands:

May require a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. May require lifting up to 40 pounds without assistance.


Travel by car or plane will be required to attend events and visit customers.


Language Skills:

Ability to read, write, verbalize and comprehend instructions and correspondence in the English language. Exhibit strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with internal and external customers while providing exceptional quality of work and outstanding customer service.


Mathematical Skills:

Must have mathematical skills equivalent to those required under education requirement.


Machines, Tools, Equipment, Software:

Personal computer, mobile phone, other office equipment, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint. Must operate hand tools


Environment/Atmospheric Conditions:

Ability to work in an office environment with traditional office lighting and office furniture, as well as consistent and frequent noise, interruptions and other similar distractions. Team members in this position may also be required to work in a shop or warehouse type environment and be exposed to loud noises from equipment and machinery, cold or hot temperatures, chemicals and vapors, etc.
