What You'll Do:
You'll be the critical link between our suppliers and our production floor, ensuring the right materials arrive at the right time to keep WARN running.
- Own purchase orders from placement through receipt
- Execute MRP recommendations including expedites, deferments, and order changes
- Prevent and resolve material shortages before they impact production
- Manage supplier relationships and drive accountability
- Analyze inventory risk, supplier performance, and procurement metrics
- Maintain accurate purchasing and ERP data
- Partner with Planning, Production, Engineering, Quality, Logistics, and Finance
- Drive continuous improvement across purchasing and supply chain operations
- Use JDE, Power BI, and Excel to make smart, data-driven decisions
What We’re Looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or related field
- 3 years of purchasing, procurement, materials, or supply chain experience
- Strong ERP experience (JDE preferred)
- Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and lookups
- Solid understanding of MRP and inventory management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage competing priorities with urgency and ownership
- Manufacturing experience preferred

- JD Edwards (JDE) experience
- Power BI experience
- Supplier performance management experience
- APICS/CPIM/CSCP or CPSM certifications
- Manufacturing or industrial supply chain background
