Warm Hearth is looking for a compassionate and service-oriented candidate to join our Nursing Department Team at the Kroontje Health Care Center in the Willows/Arbor at Warm Hearth Village. - Salary is competitive and based on experience.
- We have a robust benefits package with a low-cost HSA plan for FT employees. PT employees are offered dental & vision.
- Full Time employees earn four weeks of PTO per year and have access to 5 days (40 hours) of PTO upon hire.
- Access to our gorgeous, state-of-the-art fitness center and saltwater pool.
- 6:00pm - 6:00am (3 - 12 hour shifts) with every other weekend shifts.
- Pay rate based on experience.
- A valid LPN license in good standing from the Virginia State Board of Nursing.
- One to three years of previous experience in Assisted Living or a long-term care setting is preferred but not required.
