For over 59 years, Warm Beach Senior Community, a ministry of the Free Methodist Church, has been a trusted nonprofit serving seniors in the Pacific Northwest. Our community was established with the mission "to provide seniors with a vibrant, missional and purposeful lifestyle through every phase of their golden years."
We are looking for an RCM (resident care manager) to join our assisted living team. Standard schedule is Monday through Friday 9am-5pm.

Qualifications:
- Current licensure as an LPN in the State of Washington.
- Has had recent CPR training or will obtain training annually.
- Assisted living experience, memory care preferred
- Point Click Care experience
- Experience managing a team
- Willingness to communicate or cover after hours as needed
