Powersports Sales Associate

Warhorse Williamsport is looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our team. If you're passionate about motorcycles, ATVs, side-by-sides, and helping customers find the perfect ride, we'd love to meet you.

As a Honda Powersports dealership, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships with riders of all experience levels. Whether someone is purchasing their first ATV or upgrading to their dream motorcycle, you'll be the person guiding them through an exciting buying experience.

What You'll Do

• Greet customers promptly and create a welcoming showroom experience.
• Learn each customer's needs and recommend the Honda powersports vehicle that best fits their lifestyle and budget.
• Build relationships with new and returning customers.
• Demonstrate product features, benefits, and available accessories.
• Guide customers through the sales process from initial contact to delivery.
• Present financing and protection options in partnership with the Finance department.
• Follow up with leads through phone calls, text messages, email, and CRM software.
• Maintain product knowledge on Honda motorcycles, ATVs, side-by-sides, and related accessories.
• Help maintain an organized, attractive showroom and display area.
• Attend sales meetings and manufacturer training as needed.
• Work toward individual and team sales goals while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience is preferred but not required—we're willing to train the right person.
• Passion for motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, or outdoor recreation is a major plus.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and competitive drive.
• Ability to build rapport and earn customer trust.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to work Saturdays and a flexible retail schedule.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Motorcycle endorsement preferred.
