Job Description
Lead fast-paced team in technical design and program management of complex UAV / C2 system of systems, fully empowered by Government PM.
Analyze requirements, status, budget and schedules. Perform management, technical, or business case analyses. Collect, complete, organize and interpret data relating to program. Track program/project status and schedules.
Design and manage complex system of systems. Identify stakeholders, define requirements, create system architectures, conduct trade studies, manage interfaces, and ensure the system's performance, reliability, and safety. Exploit opportunities to improve performance, reduce cost, and increase the likelihood of project success.

Activities
Define the program objectives, scope, and deliverables, as well as identify the resources required to achieve them.
Coordinate and manage the activities of the individual projects within the program to ensure they are aligned with the overall program objectives.
Manage stakeholders, resources, risk, and finances.
Perform concept definition, lead trade studies, develop system level requirements and architectures, plan demonstrations, optimize overall performance, and analyze risk.
Identify emerging technologies that advance system capabilities.
Document analysis/engineering results, prepare reports.
Essential Qualifications
Active TS/SCI level clearance.
Technical experience with UAV/C2 domain.
Personal experience with Pentagon.
Work experience with principles and activities, and demonstrated contributions on complex systems.
Degree in Engineering, Science, Mathematics or related technical field.
Strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills.
General Qualifications
Ability to travel periodically and provide technical advice.
Eligibility requirements include U.S. citizenship.
Enhancing Qualities
DAU or commercial certifications in PM and/or SE fields.
Master's or Doctoral degree in Engineering or Business.
Professional experience specific to War Dept, Navy, or NAVAIR systems development and acquisition.
Prior military experience with tactical weapons planning and deployment.
Experience with Planning, Programming and Budgeting (PPBS), Acquisition, Research and Development (R&D), and Test and Evaluation (T&E) of War Dept systems.
