Rusken Packaging is hiring to join our Jackson, Tennessee, team! Rusken Packaging is a dynamic, modern, integrated corrugated packaging company. We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual capable of handling working with machinery in an environment requiring cooperation with a wide variety of employees for our Jackson, TN facility! Duties and Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings.
- Work with sensors, limit switches, power transmission equipment, and bearings.
- Perform basic welding and fabrication tasks as needed.
- Maintain and troubleshoot pumps (air and electric).
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and OSHA regulations.
- Use CMMS to manage work orders and preventive maintenance schedules.
- Troubleshoot electrical circuits, PLCs, ladder logic, and motor drives.
- Perform regular preventative maintenance services and checks on equipment.
Requirements
- Must have Industrial Maintenance Technician and Electrical Systems certificate from trade school or equivalent experience.
- Prefer 1 year or more industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing
- Able to work OT as needed.
Pay: $18.00 - $30.00/HR Based on experience.
Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour
