Industrial Maintenance Technician

Summary:
The ideal candidate will be proficient in the repair, modification, and installation of new and existing equipment and facility maintenance.

Responsibilities:

Maintenance of appropriate equipment records and history
Installation, operation, relocation, and maintenance of all productions equipment Management of spare parts or materials inventory
Implementation of preventative and predictive maintenance strategies
Initiates and carries out projects to improve efficiency and/or reduce operating costs

Tracks analyzes, and improves key maintenance parameters, such as asset utilization, maintenance cost, PM compliance, schedule compliance, downtime, etc.

Environmental and Safety Compliance

Preferred Skills:

Previous experience in facilities/plant engineering is a plus

Operation and maintenance of overhead cranes

Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems

Experience with integrated drives with PLC control

Education & Experience:

High level of computer skills
Organized and motivated
Experience in troubleshooting, monitoring, and general maintenance and repair Experience in Lean, Kaizen, and 5s is a plus
Experience working in a facility with multiple shifts
Experience in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems)

Pay: $21.00 - $28.00 per hour
