We help companies find warehouse space faster, and we help warehouse owners, 3PLs, and logistics operators turn available space into revenue. We have cleared 790 deals and $25M in lifetime volume, and we are expanding our supplier network across major U.S. markets.
We are hiring a Warehouse Supplier Sales Lead to help build that network.
This is a sales and relationship role.
When a customer comes to Warehouse Exchange looking for space, we need the right suppliers ready to respond. That means warehouse owners, 3PL operators, and logistics companies who know us, trust us, and are willing to work with us when the right deal comes in.
As Warehouse Supplier Sales Lead, you will find those suppliers, bring them onto the platform, keep them engaged, and help us clear more customer demand.
You should be comfortable picking up the phone, following up, building trust, and turning a “not right now” into a future opportunity.
- Proactively reach out to warehouse owners, 3PLs, logistics operators, and industrial space providers
- Bring new suppliers onto the Warehouse Exchange platform
- Own the supplier onboarding process from first conversation to activated account
- Build long-term relationships with suppliers so they think of Warehouse Exchange when they have available space
- Call and follow up with suppliers when customer demand comes in and we do not have an immediate match
- Maintain a strong pipeline of current, past, and potential suppliers
- Capture accurate facility information, including size, rates, availability, capabilities, access, and operating requirements
- Keep supplier records clean and current in our CRM
- Work closely with the deal team to help every customer requirement get a real shot at clearing
- Use AI-supported tools and internal data to identify the right suppliers to contact and follow up with
- 2 to 5 years of experience in logistics sales, 3PL sales, freight brokerage, industrial real estate, warehouse operations, or a similar outbound sales role
- Someone who is comfortable making outbound calls and starting conversations with new business contacts
- A natural relationship builder who follows up, remembers details, and treats every supplier like a long-term partner
- Competitive, resilient, and comfortable hearing “no” without dropping the relationship
- Organized enough to manage a large call list, track follow-ups, and keep records clean
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable using CRM tools, sales tools, and technology to work smarter
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Existing relationships with warehouse owners, 3PL operators, industrial brokers, or logistics companies
- Experience selling warehouse, fulfillment, logistics, freight, or commercial real estate services
- Experience in a startup or fast-moving sales environment
- Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM tools
- Experience working with data-driven sales workflows
