Responsibilities
Client Acquisition: Proactively seek out and acquire new commercial clients through networking and relationship-building.
Insurance Solutions: Assess client needs and customize insurance packages to effectively manage risk and provide optimal coverage options.
Portfolio Management: Maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients by regularly reviewing insurance policies and suggesting necessary updates.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to provide informed advice and identify market opportunities.

Requirements
Licensing: Active Virginia Property & Casualty License is required.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in insurance sales, specifically in commercial lines.
