- Collaborate with technicians and service advisors to coordinate repairs and ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain detailed documentation of all estimates, repairs, and client interactions in company systems
- Stay current with industry trends, collision repair techniques, and updates in estimating software to improve accuracy and efficiency
Qualifications
- Proven experience in auto estimating, collision repair, or auto body work within a dealership or repair shop environment
- Proficiency with estimating software and computer-aided vehicle damage estimating tools
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
