- Upsell products and promote store promotions to enhance sales opportunities
- Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and assist with merchandising to maintain an attractive shopping environment
- Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers, supporting their purchasing decisions
- Maintain professional phone etiquette when responding to customer calls or inquiries
Requirements
- Prior experience with POS (Point of Sale) systems and cash register operations preferred

- Bilingual skills are highly valued to serve diverse customer needs effectively
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers confidently and clearly
- Knowledge of retail store product details and merchandising principles
