Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and organized Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, managing front desk operations with efficiency and professionalism. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency in office management tools. The Receptionist will support various administrative functions to ensure smooth office operations and exceptional customer service.

Duties

  • Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing a positive first impression
  • Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls accurately and courteously
  • Handle front desk responsibilities including check-in/check-out procedures
  • Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings using Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
  • Perform data entry, filing, and maintain organized records
  • Assist with billing, bookkeeping, and QuickBooks entries as needed
  • Provide customer support via phone, email, or in person
  • Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution
  • Support office management tasks such as supply ordering and document organization
  • Maintain a clean and professional reception area at all times

Skills

  • Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace
  • Experience with office management software such as QuickBooks is preferred
  • Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus to assist diverse clientele
  • Previous clerical or administrative experience in an office setting is desirable
  • Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong typing skills with high accuracy and speed
  • Knowledge of front desk operations, multi-line phone systems, and calendar management
  • Experience in medical or dental receptionist roles is advantageous but not required
  • Personal assistant or office support experience is beneficial

Pay: From $9.00 per hour
