Purpose and Scope/General Summary: We are looking for a Receptionist for Pilgrim’s in Lufkin, Texas.
Pilgrim’s is seeking a Receptionist to greet, identify, and direct visitors. Maintains a log of visitors. Alerts appropriate party of visitor arrival. Arranges for escort as appropriate. May provide clerical assistance such as typing, data entry and daily reports. Responsibilities
- Operates a telephone switchboard or console system to relay incoming, outgoing, and intersystem calls.
- Greets visitors, determines the nature of visitors' business, and provides appropriate information.
- Keeps a log of visitors and/or issues visitor passes.
- Takes messages, may make future appointments, and/or maintain appointment log.
- Performs incidental clerical work that requires typing, sorting, or collating capability.
- Follow instructions, with minimal problem solving.
- Requires a high school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Works under close supervision of simple, routine duties.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office preferred (Word, Excel, etc)
- SAP experience preferred.
- Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external partners
- Able to work evenings and weekends as required
- Schedule: Monday – Friday with occasional weekends.

- Base salary range of $34,255.00 to $38,538.20, based upon experience.
