Do you have hands-on leadership experience in light assembly and thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We are seeking a Production Lead to lead a team of light assembly operators while fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

As a key member of our Assembly team in our Lithia Springs distribution center, you will work closely across Warehouse, Shipping, and Quality teamss to drive performance, safety, and efficiency.

What We're Looking For

• 5 years of demonstrated hands-on leadership experience in light assembly. 
• Proven ability to motivate teams, drive accountability, resolve conflicts, and foster team engagement
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand products, components, light assembly processes and workflows
• Experience driving and meeting productivity, quality, and operational performance metrics
• Proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Commitment to workplace safety, quality standards, and continuous improvement
• Ability and willingness to stand or sit for extended periods of time at work
• Ability and willingness to lift up to 50 pounds to shoulder height at work

What You'll Do

Hands-On Team Leadership & Production Supervision

• Provide daily floor leadership and production scheduling for light assembly operations
• Develop, train, coach, and mentor team members to achieve productivity, quality, and safety objectives
• Meet and exceed all safety and OSHA compliance requirements.  
• Ensure daily production targets are met to support daily and priority customer shipments
• Coordinate closely with Warehouse, Shipping, and Quality teams to meet customer requirements
• Drive Lean Manufacturing initiatives focused on improving efficiency and reducing waste
