Experienced garage door techs who can close only. You need BOTH hands-on garage door trade experience AND a proven high-ticket sales record. One without the other isn't a fit.
Wanda Garage Door is hiring proven, high-ticket closers who can walk into a customer's garage, diagnose the problem, and close the right repair, upgrade, or new door on the first visit. You'll get steady leads, uncapped commission and a company that notices your numbers.
What you'll do
- Run pre-set service calls across DFW, diagnose and repair springs, cables, rollers, tracks and openers
- Present good, better and best options and close on site, on the first visit
- Sell new garage doors, openers and upgrades, while our install team does the installs
- Protect a high average ticket and a strong close rate without being pushy
Requirements (all must apply)
- 2 years of hands-on garage door service and repair: torsion and extension springs, cables, tracks and openers, done safely without supervision
- AND 2 years of in-home, high-ticket sales (garage door, HVAC, roofing, windows, plumbing, or similar), with a proven record of closing on the first visit
- You know your numbers: close rate, average ticket and monthly revenue
- Comfortable with commission-based pay and motivated by uncapped earnings
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
Pay and benefits
- Uncapped commission plus performance bonuses; top performers earn $100K–$200K
