HVAC Service Technician – Middle Tennessee

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team in Middle Tennessee. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining residential and/or light commercial heating and cooling systems while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair HVAC systems, including heat pumps, gas furnaces, air conditioners, and mini-split systems
- Perform routine maintenance and system tune-ups
- Accurately document service calls, repairs, and recommendations in company software
- Communicate clearly with homeowners and business owners regarding repair options and system performance
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and federal codes
- Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle and inventory
- Participate in ongoing training and certification programs
- Respond to after-hours service calls on a rotating basis
Qualifications
- 3 years of HVAC service experience preferred
- EPA Universal Certification required
- Valid Tennessee driver’s license with clean driving record
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- NATE certification is a plus
- Familiarity with mobile dispatch and invoicing software preferred (e.g., ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, FieldEdge)
