Accounts Payable Specialist
Walton Press Inc, located in Monroe, Georgia, is a Commercial Printing Company offering high quality printing in both heat-set, cold-set, and Sheetfed processes. We are interviewing for an Accounts Payable Position. Candidates must have 3-5years of AP experience. Voucher payable invoices through purchase order reconciliation and those without; Pay invoices through checks and ACH; File paid and open invoices; Run and review A/P aging weekly; Create weekly cash summary report and Payment Schedule for President and Controller advising of cash flow for the week; Assist with general accounting duties, as time permits.
