What are the responsibilities and job description for the ESY Adapted Physical Education Teacher (APE) position at Waltham Public Schools?
The purpose of this position is to have an individual who can provide instruction in Physical Education for students with disabilities to help them to develop healthy choices, stamina and a positive self-image as well as to support the student with the development of skills that will help them to access the general education curriculum to the greatest extent possible.
Dates of program - July 7 - August 7
Program Hours - 9:00am - 2:00pm
$50.00/hour for either 6 hours a day x 20 days 10 hours of pre/post work = $6,500
