We are currently seeking a Call Center Agent. This position will be located onsite in our Pembroke, MA branch.

Responsibilities
What You'll Be Doing:
- Driving new business through inside sales to meet and exceed revenue goals
- Handling inbound inquiries and making outbound calls to prospective customers
- Presenting and recommending the appropriate pest management solutions, based on customer needs
- Supporting regional and branch teams by setting qualified appointments for outside sales inspectors
- Scheduling service appointments and ensuring a smooth customer experience
- Conducting outbound outreach to generate new business opportunites for the sales team
- Providing administrative support to local branches, including assisting with account updates and adjustments
Qualifications

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equilavent required; Associate degree preferred
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Confident phone presence and customer-focused approach
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of calls and tasks
- Strong interpersonal skills and comfort communicating by phone and email
- Must be at least 18 years old

Salary Range: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour (plus commission)
