We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative. This position will be located onsite in our Scarborough, ME branch.

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll help customers feel heard, supported, and confident in the solutions we provide. You’ll guide them through scheduling, answer questions, and ensure they receive the exceptional service Waltham is known for. You’ll work closely with our branch teams, helping keep operations running smoothly and creating a positive experience from start to finish.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Deliver exceptional support to both customers and internal teams, ensuring every interaction reflects Waltham’s commitment to service
• Build and manage daily schedules to keep tasks, projects, and service appointments running smoothly
• Assist with Accounts Receivable and Collections by updating account activity and supporting follow up efforts
• Proactively communicate with customers, providing timely updates, answers, and follow through
• Stay informed on our services and solutions so you can confidently share accurate information
• Maintain detailed and organized records using customer service software and internal systems
• Respond to inbound leads and referrals to help drive new business opportunities
• Partner with management to establish expectations, meet deadlines, and support branch goals
• Coordinate service routes to maximize technician efficiency and ensure a seamless customer experience
• Support the onboarding of new team members by assisting with training when needed
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail while managing multiple tasks in a fast paced environment

Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Professional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Confident phone presence and a customer first mindset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Understanding of customer service principles and best practices
• Ability to multitask and stay focused in a high volume environment
• Comfort communicating by phone and email with customers and coworkers
• Must be at least 18 years old

Pay range offered for this role is $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
