• THE MOTHER'S DAY SPRINT (Seasonal): Looking for a short-term opportunity? Join our team just for the peak Mother's Day rush! It's a great way to earn extra money, experience the fast-paced thrill of a holiday floral shop, and help us deliver thousands of smiles.
• THE CAREER TRACK (Temp-to-Hire): Looking for a permanent home? Start with us for the Mother's Day rush and stay on to become an official Florist in Training. Grow, bloom, and become part of a team that has been creating unforgettable floral experiences for over 142 years.
  
  

What You Will Do

• Work side by side with our lead designers, learning the craft of floral design.
• Create and prepare arrangements for every occasion - from everyday smiles to once-in-a-lifetime celebrations.
• Help keep our design space fresh, clean, and inspiring.
• Provide warm, welcoming service to our customers in person and over the phone.
• Pitch in with inventory, event set-ups, and creative brainstorming sessions.
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• A passion for flowers and design (no prior florist experience required - we will train you!).
• A positive attitude and an absolute eagerness to learn.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment (especially during the holiday rush!).

• A Friendly Phone Call: Let's chat! (Callbacks will start this Monday).
• One-Day Paid Trial Shift: A chance for you to see what it's like to work with our team, and for us to see your natural creativity and spirit in action.
• Supportive Check-Ins: We provide clear feedback and coaching at 3 days and 2 weeks as you learn the ropes.
• The Final Offer: After 90 days of hands-on experience and growth, we will extend a final offer to officially welcome you as a permanent part of the Walter Knoll family.
