Our Path to Success Together
We know that stepping into a new career can feel big, so we make it simple:
- It all begins with a friendly phone call. (Call back will start this Monday)
- Next, you’ll join us for a one-day paid trial shift—a chance for you to see what it’s like to work with our team, and for us to see your natural creativity and spirit in action.
- From there, we provide supportive check-ins at 3 days and 2 weeks, giving you clear feedback and coaching as you learn.
- After 90 days of hands-on experience and growth, we extend a final offer to officially welcome you as a permanent part of the Walter Knoll family.
- Work side by side with our lead designers, learning the craft of floral design
- Create and prepare arrangements for every occasion—from everyday smiles to once-in-a-lifetime celebrations
- Help keep our design space fresh, clean, and inspiring
- Provide warm, welcoming service to our customers in person and over the phone
- Pitch in with inventory, event set-ups, and creative brainstorming sessions
- A passion for flowers and design (no prior florist experience required—we’ll train you!)
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Strong communication and people skills
