Many of our florists started right here at the counter — and we’re proud to provide training in the art of floral design.
As the first point of contact with our clients, you’ll play a vital role in providing excellent customer service—listening carefully, answering questions, and ensuring every order is handled with care. A key part of this position is accurately entering client wishes directly into our order-taking system via keyboard. Spelling, accuracy, and attention to detail are of utmost importance.

Responsibilities
- Provide warm, professional customer service in person and by phone.
- Accurately enter client orders into our system, ensuring all details are correct.
- Assist clients in selecting flowers and gifts.
- Learn floral design skills while working directly with experienced florists.
- Assist the Head Florist with preparing and arranging floral materials.
- Support event set-up and tear-down.
- Maintain a clean and organized design space.
- Participate in inventory management and shop upkeep.
- 0–2 years of customer service or related experience (floral experience a plus, but not required).
- Strong keyboard skills with high accuracy in spelling and data entry.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Passion for flowers and eagerness to learn floral design.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and a collaborative team player.
