Job Description
We are seeking a Real Estate Analyst to join our small, high-impact team. This role is currently contract-based with the potential to grow into a full-time position with equity opportunities. The analyst will work directly with the two owners on a $75M fund, conducting financial analyses, performing due diligence on potential investment opportunities, and supporting real estate project evaluations. Responsibilities include analyzing market trends, preparing detailed reports, and assisting with investment decisions and valuations.
Responsibilities
- Conduct financial modeling and analysis for real estate development and investment projects
- Perform due diligence on potential acquisitions and development opportunities
- Support market studies, appraisals, and property valuations
- Prepare investor return analyses and assist with reporting
- Create presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with leadership to influence investment decisions
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or related field
- 3 years of experience in real estate analysis, brokerage, or financial underwriting
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to own the financial process from start to finish
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills; able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with financial analysis tools and due diligence processes
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in real estate development or investment sectors
- Background in family office, bank underwriting, or brokerage environment
- Knowledge of property valuation techniques and market analysis
Compensation
- Compensation: $150,000
- Contract role with potential to transition to full-time with equity
- Direct exposure to ownership and strategic decision-making
