What are the responsibilities and job description for the Junior Commercial Real Estate Analyst position at Lippincott Real Estate Advisors?
Lippincott Real Estate Advisors is looking for a self-driven and energetic Junior Analyst to join our team. Within the role, responsibilities will include working with the company's investment brokerage team to prepare marketing presentations, financial models, conduct market and industry research, review industry regulations, learn the real estate brokerage business and conduct investor due diligence management.
LREA is a growing and entrepreneurial company. As a result, this role may also include special projects. Additional duties involve coordinating internal databases (Salesforce), collaborating with third-party providers, utilizing Photoshop, and liaising with vendors to ensure smooth operations. Candidate must be detail oriented, well organized, interested in learning and contribute to a positive / upbeat work environment.
Required Skills: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Adobe Photoshop.
Preferred Skills: Proficiency with Sales Force and Microsoft Access
Location: Downtown Birmingham, MI (100% in Office)
Compensation: Dependent Upon Experience
