Job Description
- Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract, engage, and hire talented individuals who align with Walsh's values, culture, and business needs.
- Lead the full-cycle recruiting and onboarding process, creating a positive candidate experience while helping new team members understand our culture, mission, and impact on the organization.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, identify key success factors, and select the right candidate for each opportunity.
- Develop and update job descriptions, source and attract qualified candidates through job postings, screen applicants, conduct interviews, and support hiring managers through all stages of the recruitment process.
- Build a strong understanding of current and future workforce needs and develop proactive talent acquisition strategies that support organizational growth and business objectives.
- Anticipate workforce trends and maintain talent pipelines to meet evolving hiring demands.
- Represent Walsh in the community through career fairs, networking events, school partnerships, and workforce development initiatives to promote career opportunities and strengthen our employer brand.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop recruiting campaigns, advertising, and social media content that attract talent and reflect the Walsh brand and values.
- Work closely with the HR Manager and business leaders to support recruiting initiatives and workforce planning efforts.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred.
- Human Resources, administrative, recruiting, customer service, internship, or related experience preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
- Experience with HRIS, applicant tracking systems, or benefits administration systems preferred.
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with a commitment to providing excellent internal customer service.
- Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
