What are the responsibilities and job description for the Walser Mitsubishi Burnsville Used Vehicle Buyer I - Curb Buyer position at Walser Automotive Group?

Estimated Compensation: between $80,000/year
How do our Used Vehicle Buyers drive impact?
- Purchase vehicles from curb acquisition lead sources including but not limited to third party lead sources as well as Walser lead sources
- Purchase vehicles from facebook and craigslist
- Monitor alternate purchasing sources and find new sources monthly
- Monitor and track all incoming leads
- Contact sellers via phone, text and email
- Input and follow up on leads using a CRM
- Set purchase appointments with Walser buyers sell leads
- Assist in setting appointments with the sales team for trade leads
- Take purchase appointments with sellers when other buyers are not available
- Write up purchase agreements and confirm proper receipt of vehicle title
- Track all purchases and trades acquired
- Provide a daily report on number of leads/acquisitions
- Embrace and exhibit Walser CORE values
- All other duties, tasks and/or projects as assigned
We're Looking For:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have the ability to retain crucial information regarding the retail/wholesale vehicle market
- Must be able to make detailed financial decisions within strict timeframes
- Proven organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task, handle frequent interruptions and shifting priorities
- Demonstrated strong and effective oral and written communication skills
- Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
