As a Sales Assistant, you'll support the sales team by providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and helping create a seamless experience for every guest who walks through our doors.
- $16.00–$21.00/hour depending on qualifications

- Support front desk operations, reporting, and administrative duties
- Set and manage sales appointments aimed at maintaining owner loyalty
- Review daily service appointments, CRM, finance, and lease portfolio data to identify opportunities
- Provide clear communication and coordination between sales and service teams
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Exceptional customer service mindset
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software systems
- Must be able to move around the dealership—standing, walking, bending, and lifting as needed
