Description:
Our client is currently seeking an MEP Project Manager to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent position.
Responsibilities Include:
- Oversee project planning and execution for mechanical systems projects.
- Ensure adherence to project schedules and budgets.
- Coordinate with clients and contractors throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage procurement activities, including materials and equipment sourcing.
- Supervise the installation of mechanical systems.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams.
- Maintain compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
- Expertise in Building Services and Plumbing for commercial and industrial projects.
- Proficiency in Procurement and Budgeting principles and processes.
- Strong understanding of Mechanical Engineering concepts and best practices.
- Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- 5 years of work experience in Construction Project Management required.
- Previous experience in mechanical contracting or construction project management is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and practices in the mechanical contracting industry.
