Description:
Our client is currently seeking a HR Benefits Specialist to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent position.
Responsibilities Include:
- Administer employee health, welfare, and benefit plans for assigned locations.
- Process benefit enrollments, eligibility, dependents, and payroll deductions.
- Assist employees with benefit questions and open enrollment.
- Reconcile monthly benefit billing and maintain accurate records.
- Handle COBRA administration and required documentation.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Some experience with benefits enrollment and open enrollment preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and ADP Workforce Now.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-service-oriented demeanor.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
