Description:

Our client is currently seeking an Enterprise System Manager to join their team. This is a full-time, direct-hire position.

Responsibilities Include:

• Work closely with executive leadership to realize IT business requirements and goals.
• Oversight of various enterprise business systems, including but not limited to ERP and CRM.
• Ensure a smooth flow of data between applications.
• Establish and enforce data integrity and governance.
• Management of system configuration.
• Maintain that the system structures provide support to information and inventory management processes.
• Identify and rectify system issues.
• Ensure data systems and practices work in compliance with all codes and regulations.
• Oversee IT/system projects as required.
• Draft and maintain thorough documentation of work completed.
• Act as a point of contact for external parties regarding enterprise business systems.
• Use analytics and data in the identification of risks and areas of improvement.

Qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, business, or a related field is required.
• Equivalent experience may be acceptable in place of a bachelor’s degree.
• At least 10 years of experience managing enterprise business systems, IT applications, or data systems.
• Advanced understanding of data flows and system integrations.
• Previous experience in a distribution, operational, or manufacturing environment is strongly preferred.
• Experience with APIs and middleware concepts.
• Experience with data governance, integrity, and management.
• Ability to multitask and meet numerous deadlines.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
