Walnut Street Church is seeking a passionate and visionary Lead Pastor to guide our congregation into the future with energy, compassion, and clarity. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide spiritual leadership and direction for the church through preaching, teaching, discipleship and pastoral care
- Lead and oversee discipleship programs for adults, develop Christian education resources, Bible studies and spiritual growth opportunities
- Communicate God’s Word through preaching and teaching during worship services and church gatherings.
- Be available to provide pastoral counseling, spiritual guidance, and care to members of the church
- Work closely with the Elder Board, Ministry Leaders, and Staff to lead the church in fulfilling its mission and ministry
- Represent Walnut Street Church in the community, work with other churches and ministries as appropriate and needed
SALARY RANGE: 45,000-52,000
Pay: $45,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
