We are seeking an Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician to join a premier automotive manufacturing facility strictly in Fort Wayne, IN. This is a critical, 3rd shift (11:00 PM - 7:30 AM) position responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining complex production equipment, including CNC Lathes and Warm Forge Presses.
While the ideal candidate has a strong electrical background, we are open strictly to reviewing skilled technicians with more mechanical experience who are eager to learn.
What You Will Do:
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components of manufacturing equipment.
- Diagnose strictly electrical malfunctions, repair/replace faulty parts (AC/DC drives, servo motors, PLCs).
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance (PM) to ensure optimal strictly equipment performance.
- Interpret and work from hydraulic, mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical blueprints/schematics.
- Document strictly all maintenance activities, repairs, and parts replacements.

Requirements
(Please, Do NOT apply if you do not meet these):
- Experience: Minimum 4 years of hands-on maintenance experience strictly in a production-oriented/manufacturing environment.
- Technical Skills: Validated experience strictly with AC/DC drives, servo motors, PLCs, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
- Specific Equipment: Experience strictly troubleshooting and repairing CNC machines and/or mechanical presses is preferred.
- Blueprints: Working strictly knowledge of hydraulic, mechanical, and pneumatic blueprints.
- Shift: Ability to work strictly 3rd shift (11:00 PM - 7:30 AM) and overtime as needed strictly.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED strictly.
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
